"Dale was written up and I decided to contact her. She was willing to schedule a 45 minute phone consult.
My story may sound ridiculously to good to be true yet I am telling the truth here!
When the day came I was surprised how she quickly told me a new year was going to be a great one and that all my financial stresses ..holding two properties for sale for over a year were nothing to worry about she saw quick resolution and a cash buyer for one. That 2020 represented new opportunities etc. At first I was ok she is trying to be positive..how can she know ..yet I knew advice to focus on other things was good. It was this winter , Feb 2020.
Within 2 weeks a cash buyer to my surprise arrived and we go to closing in two weeks.
